Neurodivergent Phoenix Circles:
A safe space for stories, music & movement for women
A multi-circle community space for neurodivergent women moving through grief, heartbreak, burnout, transition, and life’s emotional underworlds, without needing to “perform fine” or rush healing. Through story-sharing, music, movement, and community, these circles are designed to help people feel what’s real, release what’s heavy, and slowly reconnect to joy together.

Introducing the
Neurodivergent Phoenix Circles
ADHD Girls' AuDHD Women Survey uncovered our parallel experiences of
masking, emotional labour, intergenerational grief, and over-functioning in relationships.
These aren't random "symptoms".
They are inherited patterns that shape our nervous system, health, hormonal rhythms, and our identity.Â
In a world where a neurodivergent woman can feel disempowered in relationships and the healthcare system, we created a space where you can come as you are,
with no need to perform, and nothing to prove to anyone.Â
You’ll find a space that feels like a hug,
where you can belong to yourself
and the community, without self-abandonment.Â
Individual Circles Sharing Stories
Â
You'll be inside a circle of 7-8 other women, held in a respectful space with ground rules for emotional safety. This event is purely centred on our collective stories.
Music & Your Own Style of MovementÂ
Â
You will be immersed in songs about our collective experiences, written to connect and heal the parts of us that have always needed our love, and express your own voice and move in a way that feels right for your body.Â
A Community
That Gets It
Â
You’ll connect with a room full of women who truly understand your journey, because they’re walking it too. Healing begins when you find a community that honours and reflects your true self.Â

Meet Your Host: Dr. Samantha Hiew
For most of her life, Sam had searched for belonging.
It was only in her 40s, after receiving her autism and ADHD diagnoses and finding other women walking parallel journeys, that Sam finally understood why.
Women who felt everything deeply, held everything together, and were still somehow invisible to the family, societal, and healthcare systems meant to meet and support them.
What if the frameworks were never designed to see us?Â
Sam is internationally recognised for transforming how society understands neurodivergent women and is the creator of the TOTI Framework, an integrated model connecting neuroscience, hormones, trauma, identity, relationships, and nervous system adaptation. With a PhD in cancer research and a background in communications, she translates complex science into language that informs the mind and reaches the part of a person that finally feels seen.Â
Through Sam’s lived experience as an AuDHD woman, her journey of learning and healing alongside the community bridges science, body, and soul in a deeply holistic way.Â

“Samantha has created a legacy that goes way beyond simply running a business. Her work positively impacts and improves the lives of others, and I have no doubt that the love she feels is countered by the gratitude and respect of those she serve. Keep up the amazing work” Â
